Eyelid Correction Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Lower Eyelid Surgery
With aging the eyelids often begin to droop. This can be corrected by a surgical procedure. Surplus skin will be removed under local anasthesia administered by small injection into the skin. We suture the incision using microscopic thread. 5 days after the surgery sutures will be removed, which leaves a thin linear scar on the skin. The area of operation heals in about 10-14 days to such an extent that patient can go out in public again.
In order to optimize scar healing and to accelerate the recuperation process we use the Manual Lymph Drainage method developed by Dr. Vodder. Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Upper Eyelid Surgery
Aging has a serious impact on the elasticity of the upper eyelid. During upper eyelid surgery the loose, surplus skin - which occasionally can even obstruct vision – is removed. The operation is performed under local anaesthesia administered by small injection into the skin. We suture the incision using microscopic thread.
5 days after the surgery sutures will be removed, leaving a thin linear scar on the skin. The area of operation heals in about 10 days to such an extent that patient can go out in public again.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
Cosmetic ear surgery can reshape deformed or protruding ears. Plastic surgery of the ears can restore proportions. Under local anaesthesia the incision will be made in the back of the ear to expose the ear cartilage. To obtain the desired new shape the surgeon can remove the excess skin or a larger piece of cartilage, if needed, sculpt the cartilage and bend it back toward the head. The bandage and stiches will be removed in about 7-10 days. It is recommended to wear a headband, especially at night, for about 6 more weeks after the operation. In most cases, ear surgery will leave a faint scar in the back of the ear that will fade with time. Even when only one ear appears to protrude, surgery is usually performed on both ears for a better balance.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Facelift (Rhytidectomy)
As people age, exposure to the sun and stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Faceskin loses its elasticity, deep creases and wrinkles form at various places of the face, the skin becomes droopy. This excess skin can be removed through plastic surgery. The operation is performed under local anaesthesia. If needed the underlying tissue can be tightened as well resulting in a more toned, smoother skin surface. Sutures are removed between 5-14 days after the operation. The face usually recuperates within 2 weeks.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Mini Lift
Mini-lift is ideal for patients who require only the mid-facial and jawline area to be lifted.
If skin becomes saggy only on the face, under the lateral side of the jowl, and in the horizontal line of the jaw
we can tighten the face tissue similarly to the procedures as described under facelift. The bandage should be worn for about a week after the operation.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Double chin surgery
When excess skin appears beneath the saggy tissue under the chin we talk about double chin. This can also be corrected during surgery under local anesthesia. The incision will heal leaving a thin linear scar only. The flexible bandage should be worn for about 7-10 days after the operation.

Hair Replacement
It was observed a long time ago that bald people don’t loose hair at the back of the head. Hair-bearing scalp grafts taken from this part of the head can be transplanted to a bald or thinning area where hair continues growing. Thus this procedure can result in increased hair density. The surgery is performed under local anesthesia. Micro-grafts containing one to two hairs are transplanted into the desired area (micro-transplantation). About 300-500 hairs can be transplanted at a time dependent on hair density.
Generally, several surgical sessions may be needed to achieve satisfactory fullness, and a healing interval
of several months is usually recommended between each session. We offer this treatment also for women
in their menopause, experiencing thinning of the hair on the top of the head. The surgery migth take up
to 3-4 hours due to the meticulous manner of the transplantation process.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Liposuction
At certain parts of the body (hips, abdomen, thighs, knee) fat can accumulate. This can be remedied by a surgical solution. Through a tiny incision of a few centimeters, a narrow tube or cannula is inserted and used to vacuum the fat layer that lies deep beneath the skin. The operation can be done under general or local anesthesia if affected area is small.
A snug compression garment should be worn after the surgery for about 2 weeks.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Intimate Surgery
Labioplasty to correct the size and shape of the inner and outer lips. Out-patient surgery which is performed under local anesthesia.
Scar Revisions
While no scar can be removed completely, whether they are caused by accidents or previous operations, plastic surgeons can often improve the appearance of a scar, making it less obvious through surgical procedures known as scar revisions. In most cases local anesthesia is administered. Dependent on the healing ability of the individual patient, the operation results in a linear thin scar smaller than the original.
Varicose veins
Major varicose veins are removed using the Varady method (with an incision of 2-3 millimeters). After the surgery patients should wear a flexible bandage and a 3 day bed stay is recommended. Then for 2 weeks the flexible bandage or a flexible support hose is prescribed.

Dependent on the state of skin, we administer this treatment 2-3 times in the pre-operational phase, the day after the surgery, and an additional 2-3 times afterwards.
Birthmark Removal through Plastic Surgery
Surgery is performed under local anesthesia. Birthmark is removed usually with a bay-leaf-size patch around it. Area of surgery is then closed using surgical sewing technique. Dependent on the healing ability of the skin, a thin linear scar remains on areas where connective tissue is thinner. Sutures are removed after 7-10-14 days. The removed birthmark will be sent for histology, results sent to patient.
Nail Surgery
It often occurs that the nail or nailbed gets damaged by some sort of trauma or after chiropody. In cases like this the surplus and inflammed tissue must be removed, the nail, the edge of the nail or even a small part of the rim of the nail bed should go under surgery if they start growing in the wrong direction.
Nail surgery is performed under local anesthesia. We perform wedge excision of the nail fold to treat ingrown toenails and surgery on the nail bed applying stiches. Stiches are removed after 7-10 days.
Aesthetic Treatments
Facial Rejuvenation Treatment, anti-wrinkle treatment
Injectible fillers
Wrinkles appear on our face because the underlying collagen tissues that keep our skin looking youthful and plumped up begin to break down. Soft-tissue fillers injected into creased and sunken areas of the skin can help fill in these creases, temporarily restoring a smoother look. The material we use as injectible filler is called Restylane, and it contains Hyaluron acid. As this substance occurs in our body naturally, there is no need for a skin test before the operation to determine if patient is allergic to it. Its effect lasts for 8-12 months, therefore
we recommend to repeat the treatments accordingly to sustain the youthful appearance.
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Therapy
Energy generated by the IPL device enhances the production of collagen in our skin, which helps to fill up the creases. Thus our skin becomes more youthful. The treatment consists of blocks of 4-6 occasions, which we repeat every 4-6 weeks.
Manual Lymph Drainage
This method has been proved to be effective in facial rejuvenation, smoothing minor wrinkles, decreasing and smoothing eye bags, and in the treatment of double chin.
Bioresonance Therapy
The bioresonance device – which has been approved by ORKI (National Institute for Medical and Hospital Engineering) – perceives the natural oscillations of the cells in our body. With its help we can analyze the actual physical and mental state of the patient, correct the unhealthy oscillations and send harmonized signals to the cells. We can revitalize the skin and the underlying connective tissue via detoxification of cells, neutralizing the “stressors” in the organism and improving the oxygen supply of the cells.
Ultratone Therapy
This device emits electric impulses, which can help revitalizing the skin and the connective tissue. The Ultratone device is ideal for body shaping treatments, for enhancing the tonality
of tissues, facial rejuvenation, double chin treatment, and delaying the appearance of signs of aging.
Permanent Hair Removal
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Therapy
If you seek permanent hair removal, the IPL device offers the latest technology in this field. Treatment areas are: armpit, bikini line, mustache, face, arms, legs, navel area, back, the area above the breastbone, around nipples, back of hand or feet, fingers, toenails etc.
The light penetrates into the skin and destroys the follicles of dark hairs. Treatment is repeated every 4-6 weeks due to the various growth cycles of hair. For optimal results you need to undergo 4-6 treatments. Sometimes dormant hairs – which were not reached and destroyed by the light – start producing new hair, in cases like this we repeat the treatment annually.
Vessel dilatations
Pigment spots (due to aging or pregnancy)
IPL Therapy
Areas of treatment: face, neck, decollate, back of hand. The penetrating light makes the blood vessels narrower, after treatments every 4-6 weeks they totally close up, and as a consequence the skin loses its rosy-red color.
Rosacea
A common inherited skin condition characterized by redness and swelling that usually appears on the face and which is due to dilated blood vessels. The intense light therapy treatment repeated every 4-6 weeks destroys the dilated blood vessels, and the skin looses its rosy-red color.
Spider veins and varicose veins of 2-5 millimeters
• Surgery (highlight, go to surgery site)
• Sclerotherapy (injection technique)
During a typical sclerotherapy session the doctor injects the sclerosing agent into the affected veins. As a consequence the veins collapse and fade from view. After treatment
a 3 day bed stay is required and patient should wear an elastic bandage over the treated area. For 2 additional weeks it is recommended to wear elastic stockings during the day.
• IPL Therapy
A high energy pulse of light is generated by a lamp and applied to the treatment area.
The filtered light is absorbed by the targeted veins, which makes them become narrower after each session. The veins close up after about 4-8 sessions. We can repeat treatments every 4-6 weeks. Thanks to the cooling system of the handle, patients do not feel any pain during treatment.
Acne, Stria
IPL Therapy
Treatment is ideal for affected areas of face, back, and chest. The light impulses intensify the production of collagen in the skin, which decreases the depth and size of creases. Treatment consists of blocks of 4-6 sessions repeated every 4-6 weeks. The production of collagen impacts the oil glands, which begin to fade away. Thanks to the cooling system of the handle, patients do not feel any pain during treatment.
Manual Lymph Drainage method developed by Dr. Vodder
At the beginning of the 20th century, Dr. Vodder, a Danish scientist, developed
a particular massage technique, called Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD).
The massage is administered considering the following:
- the direction of the lymph vessels
- the location of the lymph nodes
- the direction of the lymph flow
MLD enables us to:
- eradicate the surplus waste material accumulated in the connective and fat tissues (we also offer detoxification treatment)
- revitalize the cells, deliver more oxygen to them and as a consequence rejuvenate them
- drain excess water, or edema from the cells
- put an end to lymph stasis
MLD also proves to be very effective in case of inflammations or in the post-surgical phase after operations (e.g., oncological, lymph removal).
Areas of treatment
Therapy can be used in the following cases:
- Lymph stasis, caused by traumatic situations
- rheumatic diseases
- joint inflammations
- degenerative disorders
- broken limbs
- vein stasis
- Inflammations
- Neurological diseases, skin diseases
- Chronic inflammations, mucous inflammations (sinusitis, tonsillitis)
- In the pre- and post surgical phase in case of stomach, limb, orthopaedic, traumatological operations
- After prosthetic surgery
- During rehabilitation
MLD used in aesthetic treatments:
- in the pre- and post surgical phase
- cellulite treatment, detoxification treatment, deep cleaning of the skin
- facial rejuvenation, smoothing minor wrinkles
- decreasing and smoothing eye bags
- decreasing oedema in the face (before and after steroid treatment, tooth removal, oral surgery)
- slowing down the aging process of the skin
- reducing hair loss
- breast “maintenance”
- reducing waistline fat tissue
- double chin
- weight management
- revitalizing tired legs
MLD used in dental cases:
- before and after wisdom tooth removal
- before and after tooth removal
- before and after tooth implantation process
- periodontitis
- gingivitis, parodontosis
- allergic inflammation due to dentures or crowns
- atrophy of gums
- sensitive teeth
- jaw joint problems
MLD used for revitalization, good general health
- tissue regeneration
- restoring optimal cell functioning
- stress release
- rejuvenation of body
- enhancing the circulatory system
- enhancing memory functions, metabolism, resistance to sickness
- reducing pain (headache, migraine)
- treating digestive disorders (constipation, intestinal inflammation)
IPL (Intensive Pulsed Light) therapy
The IPL device produces a pulsed light with a specific light range of 560-1200 nanometers. It is absorbed in dark colours, in veins and pigment spots, and it affects these areas through selective thermolysis process. Thanks to the cooling system of the device, patients do not feel any pain during the treatment.
